Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver to residential and business street addresses in Australia where we are permitted to supply liquor. If we can't deliver to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Where we don't deliver. We do not deliver to:

  • PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collection points
  • alcohol-restricted communities and areas, including Queensland's restricted communities, Northern Territory alcohol protected areas and Western Australian restricted areas
  • any address where delivering liquor would breach state or territory law

If an order is placed for a restricted address, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Cost and timing. Delivery is charged at cost, based on how many bottles you order and where you are in Australia, from $23.95 for one bottle. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are packed and dispatched from our licensed distillery in Beenleigh, Queensland, and usually arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch (5–8 business days to WA and the NT). Remote areas can take longer. We email you a tracking link when your order ships.

Signature or safe place. At checkout you choose how your order is delivered:

  • Signature on delivery: an adult aged 18 or over signs for the parcel. The courier may ask to see photo ID, such as a driver licence, passport or proof-of-age card.
  • Leave in a safe place: by choosing this option you authorise the courier to leave your parcel at your address without a signature. You confirm it will be collected by an adult aged 18 or over, and you accept responsibility for it once it is delivered.

Safe-place delivery isn't available in South Australia, or in Victoria for gifts and first-time recipients. Those orders are always handed to an adult who signs. We don't deliver between midnight and 6am, and the courier will not hand over an order to anyone who appears to be under 18 or intoxicated.

If nobody is home for a signature delivery. The courier will leave a card, and the parcel will be held for collection. The person collecting it must show valid photo ID proving they are 18 or over. Uncollected parcels are returned to us, and our Refund and Returns Policy applies.
